By booking or using the services of Vasudev Lawns, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. The balance payment must be cleared before the event. Cancellations may be subject to fees as per our cancellation policy.

2. Use of the Venue The venue must be used for the purpose agreed upon during booking. Any damages to the property during the event will be charged to the client. Noise levels and activities must comply with local laws and regulations.

3. Services and Customizations Vasudev Lawns provides basic facilities, including the lawn and premises. Additional services, such as catering and decoration, are available upon request at extra cost. Clients may hire third-party vendors with prior approval.

4. Force Majeure Vasudev Lawns is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability Vasudev Lawns is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

6. Changes and Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
